How To Create Emails for Employees Using Excel Formula

How to create Emails for Employees with excel CONCATENATE Function
You can create the email ids in excel using LEFT or RIGHT and CONCATENATE functions.

Suppose in your organization/company if you want to generate the email ids of your employees in EXCEL sheet by using the First letter of the FIRST NAME and full SURNAME , that can be done as follows:

Suppose  the cell ‘A1’ has the employee FIRST Name “Tamatam” and cell ‘B2’ has the LAST Name.

Now if you want to generate an email by taking the First Letter from the FIRST Name and LAST Name full and the domain name ,you can do by using the following formula :
