How to handle Jumping or Misplacing of Columns Issue in SAP BO Deski Query

Handling  the Jumping or Misplacing of Columns Issue while exporting the Data from SAP Business Objects Deski Query to a Destination
Some times, when we refresh and export the data from BO Deski Query to a Flat File Destination, the data will be broken or spitted from one column and  spread across to beside columns and it will be overridden the actual column data.

When we export this data to SQL Server Table destination, data will loaded to different columns, which is not fair for Analysis.

This issue will arise most of the cases due to extra delimiters or special character in the source columns.

To handle this issue we have to apply the below formulas in the Deski Query Column structure.

To handle the issues in Text/Varchar Columns, use the below formula on that specific column :
=TRIM(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(<MyTextColumn> ,Char(182) ,",") ,Char(11) ,",") ,Char(12) ,",") , Char(10) ,",") ,Char(9) ,",") ,Char(13) ," ") ,Char(34) ," "))

To handle the issues in Numeric Columns, use the below formula on that specific column :
=TRIM(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(Replace(<MyNumericColumn> ,Char(182) ,"") ,Char(11) ,"") ,Char(12) ,"") , Char(10) ,"") ,Char(9) ,"") ,Char(13) ,"") ,Char(34) ,""))

Note:
I hope this will fix the issue, otherwise you may need enhance those formulas by applying the right delimiter which is actually causing the issue.

Thanks, TAMATAM
